This variation of poker is quite simple to compete in and most players enjoy participating in it. Holdem poker starts out with each player having two cards. After players look at their cards bets are placed and then the croupier deals out a a flop of three cards. With the goal of the game to make the best hand you can with your cards and the community cards. Wagering will happen once more, or you can decide to fold out your hand if you do not believe you have a chance. After that sequence of wagering the fourth card, called the turn card, is then given out. Once again there is betting where gamblers can call, bet, or drop out. Then the very last card, called the river card is dealt out. This is the final card given out and there is wagering again. Often the betting can get pretty pricey at this position, folding is a good idea if you have nothing in your hand. The winner is the person who ends up having the best hand at the table.
