Double-hand Poker is a current game with old origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the western in an excellent game for beginner level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the croupier, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers compete with other players. By gambling against the dealer, beginner players do not have to fret about any other, more advanced people taking their cash.
A further Pai Gow benefit is the fairly leisurely game play, beginners will be able to take their time and strategize without having to make quick selections.
It’s also much simpler to wager on for an extended time with basically a little amount of money after all, to not win, each of your hands has to be lower than each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is dealt seven cards face up and the casino gets 7 cards faces hidden.
A 5 card hand and one two card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be larger than the houses.
